So, confession; I love the design for both Dwebble and Crsutle. Possibly my two favorite pokemon from Gen 5…
Well, now that that’s out of the way, I figured I’d use tumblr to show the construction of my mono bug team (which will also include pokemon from the bug egg group). First one is bred and just needs EV training… and well regular training.
Behold Dwebble! http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1621685
Now, the rough outline of the team is; Crustle, Gliscor, Scizor, Volcarona. I’m not sure on the last two spots, but I’ll think of something (Though suggestions would be appreciated). Well, time to get this thing trained.
Why I have a problem when people say Red and Blue versions were the best. This list doesn’t even mention the fact psychic was completely unbalanced due to the fact it had no actual counters. The first gen was bad, so take your nostalgia goggles off and just accept it.
Personally,I will always argue that gen four was the best, as we had the excellent competitive aspects introduced in gen three along with the Special/Physical switch that should have been around since Gen two. Not to mention the competitive meta in Gen five is kind of stagnant thanks to politoed and the djinn trio.
Welp, that’s my poke rant for the day. Really wish I could have just stopped playing…
Alright tumblr, I’m starting my soul silver over for a Lugia and groudon for Ubers. You see, I’m a bit competitive when it comes to Pokemon, even in the main story. As such, I get the best natures and perform EV training even in the story mode, and thought the good people of tumblr would enjoy watching my slow progress. Now, we begin with cyndaquil. Timid nature because I got tired of trying for modest. I’ll post stats and updates after EV training and gym matches.
My goal right now is to get a mareep and a gastly, each with a modest nature (Maybe timid for ghastly). I’m honestly open to suggestions for the other 3, so if anyone has any ideas or builds they’d want me to do, let me know. Now, to Cherrygrove!
